Hi Lucky,
yes this link is excellent and seems to be the most reliable too in my opinion. I've just keyed in raspberries as they are on the OK list we were given but Meg had some on Tuesday and was off today with tummy ache and felt sick. I stewed them lightly and had added sugar so whether that was just too much and she had homemade cornflour custard with them so maybe the combination isn't good, or should they just be eaten raw. The raw breakdown is glucose 2288 and fructose 2890 so it is slightly higher. But also tried her on eggs on saturday in an omelette and never sure she is good on eggs and was it just a delayed reaction - I just never quite know, or there is a bug going round at school, is it that?
