Hi I am not FM but HFI.. there are differences.. 
Diagnosed in 1981 I think it was by chalenge test where they got the dosage wrong by 1 decimal place and injected me with 150g Fructose instead of 15g, dam near killed me.
Still here though and usually can be found causing trouble on the HFI ProBoard site.
