Hi,

I assume the water there is safe to drink (but please let me know if that is not so) but wanted to know if I should avoid tap water/ice at non-resort restaurants. Also, how bad do mosquitos get during winter season (February); I assume I should bring some repellent? Has anyone tried the bicycle tour that Four Seasons has advertised and if so, did they like it? Thank you very much for answering my questions.
