Just discovered that Pizza Express now do gluten free pizza and also dough balls. Garlic is a no but these come with the garlic butter separate so you can either just not use it, or use a little bit for taste. You can ask them to taylor make your pizza to suit you. Meg had one the other day with bacon and sweetcorn added and a small amount of tomato paste on it and really liked it.
I had a gluten free one too and found them to be really nice and light and didn't feel nearly as bloated as I usually do after a pizza.
