Ok, just to update, all clear now, a very nice man came and cleaned my computer. Many apologies if I have infected any one else. It is a virus called System Doctor and it makes out your computer has a virus and you need to download the programme to clear it, luckily I googled it first and discovered it was a virus but unfortunately it had already started burrowing......
