weight loss is common problem with in all over the world . but its possible with a simple workout and with Green tea. because Green tea has reduce the calories with 100 % efficacy among loss our weight.... its not speed way to loss our weight. it effect slow but have not any negative feed back... other wise if any one have any best solution among our calories then share nice words.....
