I can't remember where I first picked this one up but stored it away for a rainy day as it is quite long.
the rainy day came today so had a read, you need to re-read it but it isn't as technical as it first appears and breaks down the principles of carbohydrate metabolism well and may give some clues as to hypoglycemia, ie where the conversion of sugars to energy may go wrong............. I think.
