How to use the proboard

For Novice proboard users:
You can use the proboard in several ways. As a guest to just read information or as a member to add, edit and send private messages.
To join press on Register at the top and complete the boxes. Then you can set up your login once your account has been approved. Either log in each time then or click on keep logged in. If you don't mind please put your location (country will do) when you fill in your profile, that will then give people an idea where you are easily if talking about products and clincis etc.
To add to someone elses discussion press on reply on the posting or use quick reply at the bottom of the page.
If you want to start a whole new discussion choose which category is most suitable eg recipes and then click on New Thread and post your comments.
If you want to send another member a private message that others can't read press on the members name and Send Personal Message. It shows once you log in if you have any messages pending.
There is no limit to the number of posts you make. Just please try to keep them to the correct category if you can.
