River Cottage Meat Book. Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, published by Hodder and Stoughton.
This is a great recipe book. It is written by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall who is a great cook using very basic ingredients to create wonderful meat recipes. He has a television series in England on Channel 4 and takes us back to basics with alot of recipes using home produced products.
He also goes through what joint is what, how to cook it, and produce your own stocks etc etc.
Some recipes are great on their own, others need tweaking to suit tolerance levels but well worth adding to your shelf.
