I found this website that I thought was kind of interesting -- it lists both the excess fructose number and total sugar of a food (all sugars including lactose). Foods with the most excess fructose are at the top of the list. I can instantly see some of my mistakes -- maybe we won't be stopping at Burger King after doctor's appointments from now on... It's listed in order of fructose load rather than alphabetical by food, so it's a bit hard to find a particular item. Potatoes have a negative load and seemingly a small amount of total sugar, but I know Kaelin can't handle them. Tomatoes also have a negative load, although their overall sugar is higher. The first "rule" I learned about an FM diet is that if fructose is equal or less than glucose, it should be okay -- but that rule certainly hasn't worked! Here's the link: voluntocracy.org/Fructose/
