Thanks Lucky. They look really good.
I've noticed that the Calgary Health Region advice (which looks excellant) is based on the original paper outlining the FODMAP diet by Shepherd et al. If anyone wants a closer look at this diet and its rational then I've already posted it in the Literature Thread under the topic of "Shepherd paper".
I've also just been looking online for published links from medical institutions in the UK and have found NOTHING. I know Charlie has commented elsewhere on this forum on the lack of info in the UK so I don't think its my search skills which are lacking.

Here's a good article on the procedure and science behind Hydrogen Breath Testing, which is used to assess for Fructose Malabsorption, produced by staff at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. I don't seem to be able to upload it due to the file size but if you go to google and type in
"Hydrogen Breath Testing in children: what is it and why is it performed"
then a link to a pdf comes up as the first option.

I think this link might work. www.bhsbrasil.com.br/Hydrogen_Breath_Testing_in_children_07.06.09.pdfAddenbrookes are doing the gene test at the moment for Megan to rule out HFI, I found out accidently when looking up something else that they do it and emailed them about it, they kindly sent me the relevant sheets to give to our consultant. Looks like they do quite alot about fructose problems there. If you google fructose malabsorption and addenbrookes in the same sentence several links come up.
