www.thefartingpear.comThis website has a food search function which ranks foods on a scale of 0-5 based on how safe they are if you have Fructose Malabsorption. I've found it really useful when I need to know quickly whether I can give my daughter something or not.

I think I came across this site a while ago, I must start storing things in a database, you come across them then forget where they are. There do seem to be so many sites popping up now. But yes, it does seem to be an accurate one. The nutritional database is good for looking stuff up too. www.nutritiondata.comOooh, I've just spotted you are in the UK, whereabouts?, send me a private message if you don't want to tell the world, would be great to meet up sometime with a few HFI sufferers I have spotted in the UK on the other board. It would be great for Meg to meet others with her problem, we met up with Bill on the HFI site and she really enjoyed sharing "her " food with him.
